Our stay at the Fairmont Blue Mountains was a mix of lovely moments and some disappointments. The location was peaceful with stunning views, but the rooms felt quite dated and in need of refurbishment. While the service was generally okay, with a particularly helpful maintenance staff member, the overall experience lacked the quality expected from a resort spa. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the dining area was loud and chaotic due to the number of families. For the price, I expected a bit more comfort and updates to the facilities.
