the location had beautiful views surrounding the hotel. the rooms were super clean. housekeeping did a great job there. i loved the activities for children.

Staff were polite, but generally unhelpful. i asked about pony rides and was sent between reception and concierge. when i asked for tabasco sauce at the sublime bar, i was told to ask the bar staff. the staff member at the pool said that the towel shortage happens sometimes. these instances occurred during my one-night stay.

The outdoor playground was perfect for my little one, it had equipment suitable for toddlers. the indoor play area also kept my child entertained . i found the large room space very convenient for our family. It allowed everyone to move around freely.

the shower pressure was not strong enough, making it somewhat less enjoyable.
